❌ No Refund Policy – Digital Goods

All ScopeXFit products are considered digital and are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made and the plan is delivered (via download or email), the buyer gains permanent access to proprietary content. Therefore:

• We do not issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or misunderstanding of the product description.

• Refunds will not be granted due to lack of use, missed workouts, or scheduling conflicts.

• No refunds are given for digital programs already downloaded, opened, or used in any form.

🔄 Plan Rework Guarantee (One-Time Courtesy)

Although refunds are not issued, we understand that sometimes a plan might not fully align with your lifestyle, fitness level, or schedule. In such cases, we offer a one-time plan replacement.

You are eligible for a custom reworked plan if:

• You contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date.

• You can clearly explain why the current plan isn’t suitable (e.g., injury, equipment access, training limitations).

• You agree to receive a replacement plan using the remaining duration of your original plan (e.g., remaining 12 weeks of a 20-week plan).

Important:

• The reworked plan does not restart the original timeline. It covers only the unused portion of the original program.

• Reworked plans are provided only once per product purchase and are not transferable to other users.

📌 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting ScopeXFit support is a violation of our policy. Any user who initiates a chargeback without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue may be:

• Banned from future purchases

• Reported to fitness networks or platforms (in the case of affiliate program abuse)

We take fraud, content theft, and abuse of digital products seriously.
