At ScopeXFit, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized digital fitness and nutrition services. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final, and we have a strict no-refund policy with a flexible rework option where applicable.
1. Digital Product & Service Nature
All ScopeXFit offerings—including but not limited to:

Custom workout plans,
-
Custom nutrition guides,
-
Discord-based coaching access,
-
Weekly accountability check-ins, and
-
Premium daily support
are considered digital goods and/or time-based services, which are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, started, or accessed.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

You have received access to your personalized workout or meal plan;
-
You have accessed the Discord community or coaching services;
-
You changed your mind or no longer wish to complete the program;
-
You purchased by mistake or misunderstood the offer;
-
You failed to follow the plan or communicate with your coach.
3. Rework Guarantee
We stand behind the value of our coaching and programming. If you are dissatisfied with the plan and have not received the full value of the time remaining, we will:
✅ Redesign your plan based on updated feedback or goals;
✅ Adjust coaching approach within the limits of your purchase;
✅ Help you get back on track using the remaining duration of your package.
🔄 Reworks do not extend the total length of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Refunds in Special Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund in rare cases where:

A billing error occurred on our side;

The customer was incorrectly charged multiple times for the same service;

A legally verifiable medical issue renders the program physically impossible to complete (with physician’s note).
These cases will be reviewed manually, and documentation will be required. ScopeXFit reserves the right to approve or deny such claims.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from ScopeXFit, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@scopexfit.com to resolve the matter.
Unjustified chargebacks or disputes will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action, report the incident to relevant authorities, and deny future service access.
6. Memberships & Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you purchase a recurring membership (e.g. monthly coaching), you may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation.
